"HURT NOT THE EARTH..."
The FIRST Elk was a painting I did for this project that didn't really work out - I loved the Elk (again, painted from a photo I found on Flickr and received permission to use by photographer Joyce Collins) but the rest of the painting just wouldn't cooperate. So I cut out the Elk from the painting (EEEK! ) and created this collage with him. What do you think? Thinking of using the quote "Hurt not the earth" in the area to the left of the Elk...or is it fine as is?
